Writing For Wellness ๑ The Power of Mindfulness and Writing - Dates: Every Thursday, Times: 19:00-21:00 (CET)
This Therapeutic Writing Workshop is designed for individuals seeking stress relief, anxiety management, or personal growth through mindfulness and expressive writing.
A great deal of anxiety stems from the rush and turmoil of a restless mind, which jumps to unwarranted conclusions, rushes to judgment, and often moves too fast to see events and people as they truly are.
Such a mind keeps the body under continual stress and can lead to a multitude of physical, emotional, and mental conditions.
This transformative workshop offers you a safe, supportive space to slow your mind and experience relief, helping you feel more in control and appreciated for taking this step toward wellness through a scientifically proven writing technique known as expressive writing.
It helps you move on from whatever is keeping you awake at night by expressing and letting go of draining thoughts and feelings you might be harboring about challenging, upsetting experiences you’ve had.
You will leave the two-hour session feeling relaxed, revitalized, and open to responding to life’s difficulties not as a source of stress but as natural challenges that will pass, as all things do.
No prior writing or mindfulness experience is required to benefit from the workshop, and participants are encouraged to write in their language of choice, making it accessible and welcoming to everyone.
* Please note: The writing and meditation exercises can trigger deeply buried emotions and memories. If you’re currently experiencing severe mental or emotional challenges, consult your medical practitioner to ensure this workshop is a safe and supportive environment for you.
