Meet the Heart behind InnerFlow Works

Hello and welcome! I’m Susan J. Nassuna — a certified trauma-informed integrative coach and consultant based in Hilversum, the Netherlands.

I’m also a writer, poet, meditation and mindfulness teacher, and a devoted believer in storytelling’s healing power. I see stories not simply as words on a page, but as living bridges back to ourselves — portals through which healing, transformation, and remembrance unfold.

Through my work, I support women around the world in breaking free from the emotional imprints of the past, reclaiming authorship over their lives, and awakening to deeper states of authenticity, clarity, self-trust, and inner harmony.

In 2021, I founded InnerFlow Works not as a career choice, but as the fulfillment of a calling that arrived in an unconventional way. A calling that, in many ways, chose me long before I understood it myself.

Before that, I had spent several years helping others discover the transformative power of writing, all while quietly navigating my own seasons of profound pain. After a devastating car accident left me struggling with chronic physical suffering, life unfolded into a series of dark passages marked by grief, loss, and despair.

Then, in 2017, at what felt like the very edge of defeat, my life changed forever.

I experienced a spontaneous spiritual awakening—an unexpected opening that would forever change the way I understood myself, healing, and the deeper dimensions of life.

What followed was both beautiful and bewildering: expansive states of bliss, heightened consciousness, and encounters with ancient inner wisdom that transcended logic and language.

Alongside the ecstasy came an overwhelming sense of unity with all of life.

And then came the descent.

The dark night of the soul.
The void.
The unraveling.

Unable to find a therapist, spiritual teacher, or guide who could truly understand what I was experiencing, I surrendered to the mystery itself. I withdrew from the noise of the world, turned inward, and devoted myself to deep inner exploration and healing.

What emerged from that journey was not only a profound transformation of self, but a path of service, one rooted in compassion, embodiment, spiritual depth, and the unwavering belief that even our deepest wounds can become gateways to wholeness.

A Sacred Invitation to Return to Yourself ✨

When I emerged from the quiet, solitary season of my spiritual awakening, I knew something with absolute clarity:

I didn’t want another woman to feel as alone in her becoming as I had.

My own journey taught me that healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you were before the world taught you to doubt yourself.

That remembrance became the heart of InnerFlow Works. 🌿

Today, I draw from my lived experience, professional training, meditation and mindfulness practices, and the intuitive gifts that awakened within me to create spaces where women can breathe, soften, feel, release, and reconnect with themselves.

Some of this work is deeply practical. Some of it is emotional. And some of it touches the mystical—the quiet knowing, energy, intuition, and inner wisdom that cannot always be explained, but can sometimes be deeply felt.

You don’t have to consider yourself “spiritual” to belong here.
You need to be curious enough to wonder: What if there is more to me than the story I’ve been living?

That is where your agency begins. 🌱

Come Remember

I’m not here to tell you who to become.

I’m here to help you listen more deeply to yourself—to the wisdom beneath the noise, the breath beneath the tension, the creativity beneath the fear, and the quiet knowing that may have been waiting for you all along.

InnerFlow Works is an invitation to come home to yourself

To release what no longer belongs to you.
To soften the armor.
To reclaim your voice.
To awaken what has been quietly waiting within you.
And to move forward with greater clarity, courage, and trust.

If something in these words is stirring inside you, perhaps that stirring is your invitation. 💛

I’d love to hear from you.

With warmth,

Susan J. Nassuna
