This is not about writing “well.” This is about writing truthfully.
Through gentle prompts, guided practices, and soulful reflection, you’ll be supported in expressing what has been hidden, softening what has been hardened, and reconnecting to your inner voice.
In this workshop, you will:
Release emotional weight and old stories
Process past pain and life upheavals
Rewrite limiting narratives and reclaim your truth.
Strengthen your voice and self-trust
Open to spiritual guidance and higher awareness
Feel deeply witnessed in a safe, supportive circle.
What we will explore
Each week includes guided writing, reflection, and optional sharing. We will work with:

A safe space for real transformation
This workshop is intentionally limited to 10 women to foster intimacy, connection, and a sense of being truly valued in your healing process.
You will be held in a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where sharing is encouraged — always at your comfort and pace.
Everything shared within the group is treated with respect and confidentiality.
This is a space to be seen. A space to breathe. A space to lay your burdens down.
Workshop Format
6 weekly live and highly interactive sessions via Zoom
Small group (maximum 10 participants)
Guided writing prompts + reflection practices
Optional sharing and supportive witnessing
A confidential, heart-led group container
GOOD TO KNOW:
» This event will be held live via Zoom and is highly interactive
» Your Zoom meeting login link will be sent to you via email one day before the session starts.
» All participants are expected to be visible. Please note that no switched-off cameras are allowed
» Please arrive on time and settle down. The meeting entrance will be closed two minutes before the sessions start.
» Avoid eating heavy meals at least two hours before the sessions start
» Make sure you’re in a quiet place with enough room to lie down for some of the exercises
» For ease and comfort, please use wireless headphones during the sessions
» Wear something comfortable and warm for the session. Tip: Use layers!
» Have a warm blanket and cushions nearby to help boost your posture during your journey
» You can enjoy warm cups of herbal teas or cocoa, fresh juices, or water during the sessions.

Refund Policy
Please note that refunds are not offered. If you cancel or miss sessions for any reason, you will not receive a refund.
However, your Payment remains valid as credit for one year, meaning you may use it to join another workshop (this course is offered regularly throughout the year).
If participation is terminated due to disruption of the group container, no refund will be provided, but your credit will remain valid for one year. You may rejoin after a minimum of 6 months.
