A Women’s Online Weekend Circle Retreat for Meditation, Writing & Inner Renewal designed to support women interested in releasing what no longer serves them, self-discovery, and connection, creating a nurturing space where every woman feels valued and understood.
Over this weekend, we will gently lay our burdens down. Through stillness, writing, meditation, and the wisdom of being witnessed by other women, we will begin the sacred journey home—to the woman who has been waiting patiently beneath the noise, stress, and anxiety of everyday life.

This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to the woman you’ve always been beneath the stress, the overthinking, and the endless demands of daily life.
Over a deeply restorative, beautiful summer weekend, you’ll be guided through a carefully curated blend of intention-setting, therapeutic expressive writing, poetic exploration, affirmative writing, guided visualization meditations, heart-opening practices, soulful conversations, and profound energetic cleansing, all designed to foster a sense of safety and ease.
These activities are designed to foster healing, self-discovery, and personal growth in a safe, supportive online women’s circle.
Together we’ll share our stories, calm the nervous system, release emotional and physical tension, reconnect with our intuition and higher self, and awaken a deeper sense of freedom, presence, and inner peace.
This is a spacious, intimate retreat created for women who are ready to pause, breathe, write, heal, and reconnect-no prior experience necessary. Whether you’re new to these practices or experienced, this retreat offers a safe space for deep personal exploration and renewal.
Join us starting at 18:00 (CET) on Friday, [24 July 2026], and the retreat concludes at 18:00 (CET) on Sunday, [26 July 2026], all online via Zoom.

Only a limited number of women will be welcomed to ensure a deeply personal and meaningful experience, making each participant feel seen, heard, and truly valued, fostering a sense of belonging and exclusivity.
Good to Know:
» This event will be held live via Zoom.
» Your Zoom meeting link will be sent to you via email one day before the retreat starts.
» You’ll receive the weekend itinerary via email once your registration is confirmed.
» All participants are expected to be visible. Please note that cameras must remain on.
» Please arrive on time and settle in. The meeting entrance will close two minutes before the session starts.
» Avoid heavy meals for at least two hours before the session starts.
» Make sure you’re in a quiet place with enough room to lie down for some of the exercises.
» For ease and comfort, please use wireless headphones during the sessions.
» Wear something very comfortable.
» Have cushions nearby to help support your posture during your journey.
» You can enjoy herbal teas, fresh juices, or water during the sessions.
