How to Prepare for Your Restorative Session
To receive the full benefit of this experience:
Arrive 10 minutes early to settle into the space
Create a quiet, comfortable environment where you wonβt be disturbed
Have a journal and pen ready
Have enough space where you can lie down for some of the exercises
Wear comfortable clothes and avoid eating heavy meals at least 2 hours before the session starts
Use headphones for a more immersive experience
Have a blanket and cushions for comfort. An eye mask can enhance your experience.
Please note that all participants must be visible for the comfort and privacy of all participants. Thereβs no exception to this rule.

If you miss a booked session, your payment will not be refunded. However, your credit will remain valid for three months from the date of booking, allowing you to rebook another session at no additional cost. Simply contact me to arrange your new date.
