Over eight intimate weeks, you will join a confidential circle of just 10 women dedicated to their awakening, creating a space to be yourself without judgment.

Here, you don’t have to perform.

You don’t have to explain your spiritual path.

You don’t have to make yourself smaller, more acceptable, or easier to understand.

You are invited to come exactly as you are—and gently discover who you become when you no longer have to hide.

Through deeply guided meditation, mindfulness, visualization, intention-setting, reflective practices, energetic release work, karmic cord-cutting, and soul-contract-inspired rituals, I will guide you in releasing old identities and patterns so you can consciously step toward the woman you are becoming.

This is not about becoming someone new.

It is about remembering the woman who has been there all along.

YOUR 8-WEEK JOURNEY

WEEK 1 — THE CALL: Remembering Why You Came

Opening Circle

We begin by creating the sacred container for our journey together.

You will be invited to explore your sense of calling, the parts of yourself you have hidden, and the quiet inner knowing that brought you here.

Through guided meditation, intention-setting, and reflective practices, you will begin identifying the masks, roles, and expectations you are ready to question.

Theme: I am ready to remember.

WEEK 2 — THE MASK: Who Told You Who You Had to Be?

We explore the identities you inherited—and the identities you created to survive, belong, be accepted, or remain safe.

What happens when you stop asking, “Who am I supposed to be?” and begin asking, “Who am I beneath all of this?”

Through mindfulness, visualization, and deep self-inquiry, you will begin loosening your attachment to identities that no longer fit.

Theme: I release the version of me I created to belong.

WEEK 3 — THE ANCESTRAL ECHO: Releasing the Fear of Being Seen

Many women carry deep fears around visibility, power, intuition, sexuality, creativity, spirituality, and speaking their truth.

In this circle, we compassionately explore the stories—personal, cultural, ancestral, or spiritual—that may influence your relationship with being seen.

Through guided meditation and symbolic release practices, you will be invited to acknowledge these fears without allowing them to define your future.

Theme: It is safe for me to be seen.

WEEK 4 — THE SEVERING: Releasing Old Energetic Attachments

Sometimes we remain emotionally and energetically connected to people, identities, relationships, expectations, and experiences long after they have served their purpose.

This week focuses on karmic cord-cutting and energetic release as a spiritual ritual for consciously letting go.

You will be guided through visualization and intention-setting practices designed to help you release what you no longer wish to carry.

Theme: I release what is no longer mine to hold.

WEEK 5 — THE SOUL CONTRACT: Closing Old Agreements

What if some of the promises you have made—to yourself, to others, or to the versions of yourself you once needed—are ready to end?

Using the language of soul contracts as a spiritual framework, we will explore old internal agreements such as:

I must stay small.
I must keep everyone happy.
I cannot be powerful.
I cannot trust myself.
I must hide my gifts.
I am responsible for everyone else.

Through a guided soul-contract-ending ritual, you will consciously release the agreements you are ready to leave behind.

Theme: I am free to choose again.

WEEK 6 — THE AWAKENING: Reclaiming Your Gifts

What have you always known how to do?

What comes naturally to you?

What do people seek you out for?

What lights you up?

This week turns toward your gifts, intuition, creativity, wisdom, and unique way of serving the world.

You will be guided through visualization, meditation, and intention-setting exercises to reconnect with the qualities and gifts you may have hidden, dismissed, or been afraid to claim.

Theme: I trust what lives within me.

WEEK 7 — THE RISING: Becoming Visible

Reclaiming your gifts is one thing.

Allowing yourself to be seen using them is another.

This week is about moving from inner awakening toward courageous expression.

We explore visibility, boundaries, self-trust, purpose, and the energetic shift that occurs when you stop waiting for permission to become who you are.

You will begin creating a personal intention for how you want to carry your gifts into the world.

Theme: I no longer hide my light.

WEEK 8 — THE THRESHOLD: Stepping Into Your New Beginning

Closing & Integration Circle

We gather at the threshold.

You will reflect on the woman who entered this circle—and the woman who is emerging.

Through a final guided meditation, integration practice, intention-setting ritual, and closing circle, you will consciously honor what you leave behind and what you choose to carry forward.

This is your moment to stand at the doorway between who you have been and who you are becoming.

You are not going back.

You are stepping forward—with greater clarity, courage, self-trust, and reverence for the gifts you carry.

Theme: I am ready to walk in my light.

Throughout our eight weeks together, you will have space to:

• Reconnect with your intuition and inner knowing

• Identify masks, roles, and limiting identities

• Experience the power of being held in an intimate, compassionate circle

Most importantly, you will have a place where you don’t have to hide.

YOUR SACRED CIRCLE

This is intentionally not a large online course.

There will be a maximum of only 10 women in the circle.

That small number is part of the experience.

It allows us to create intimacy, trust, meaningful connection, and a space where each woman has room to be witnessed.

Our sessions take place live via Zoom, once a week for 2 hours, in CET (Amsterdam time).

Come prepared to slow down, go inward, participate fully, and honor the confidentiality and vulnerability of the women sharing this journey with you.

Your investment includes all eight live two-hour sessions and the complete eight-week circle experience.

Because this is a deliberately small, intimate circle, places are extremely limited, and participation represents a commitment to yourself and the women journeying alongside you.

My Circle Policy

I maintain a no-refunds policy because every place is intentionally reserved within a small circle of only 10 women.

If you cancel your participation or miss more than two sessions, I will not refund your Payment.

But your investment does not disappear.

Your credit remains valid for one full year, and you are welcome to use it toward another offering of The Light Within at no additional cost.

I offer this workshop regularly throughout the year. Contact me when you are ready, and I will help you rebook your place in a future circle.
