Join us in Hilversum at St Joseph Village Community Centre (Wijk Centrum St. Joseph) every Monday from 19:00 to 21:00 for a sacred space dedicated to emotional healing and mindfulness.
Every Monday from 19:00 to 21:00, the doors of St Joseph Village Community Centre gently open to welcome women seeking stillness, healing, and soulful connection.
The location address is: Minkelersstraat 71, 1223LD, Hilversum.
✨ Free parking is available for both cars and bicycles. The center is just a one-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, with a direct bus from Hilversum Central Station taking only 7 minutes.
In the quiet heart of Hilversum, we gather in an intimate circle — a sacred space where stories are honored, silence is medicine, and the written word becomes a gentle path to self-acceptance and remembering.

Each session is a soft unfolding — a journey inward through:
Heart-opening guided meditations

Expressive writing techniques for reflection, release, and restoration.
This is not just a workshop; it’s a weekly supportive sharing and deep energetic healing circle where like-minded women come together for a two-hour journey filled with a variety of restorative exercises, including deeply guided meditations, expressive writing exercises, and group sharing to help participants explore ways to:
Overcome past traumas and emotional pain
Calm the mind and release tension in the body
Open the heart to connect with higher consciousness
Navigate stressful life transitions.
Manage feelings of anxiety, fear, and overwhelm.
Release repressed negative thoughts, emotions, and beliefs
Release stuck, toxic, energetic imprints and attachments.
Let go of toxic relationships and learn how to set strict boundaries.

No writing or meditation experience is needed. There is no right or wrong here — only honesty, kindness, non-judgement, and presence, creating a space where you can feel safe to explore.
Your writing remains entirely private unless you choose to share. What we hold together in the circle are reflections — insights, feelings, and discoveries that arise from the experience itself. This creates a safe, nurturing container where every woman’s journey is respected.
🍵 A Space to Exhale
All materials are lovingly provided. You’ll be welcomed with delicious cups of herbal teas, refreshing soft drinks, and light organic snacks, creating a warm and comforting atmosphere where you can fully relax and enjoy the company of other ladies.
Spaces are intentionally limited to ensure each woman feels seen and supported in our close-knit circle. When you sign up for this workshop, you agree to our confidentiality agreement. Everything shared within our circle remains within the circle.
Our Confidentiality Policy:
We don’t share any revelations from the group with others. This policy helps every participant feel safe to open up, probably for the first time. You can remove the masks you wear and show your true, authentic self.

GOOD TO KNOW:
» The circle is limited to 10 participants only, and places fill up quickly. So please book your spot(s) as early as possible to avoid missing out on a life-transformative experience.
» Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session starts so you can find your place and settle down. Please note, I close the door 2 minutes before the session starts, and if you arrive after the door is closed, you will not be able to join us. There is no exception to this rule, to avoid disrupting the restorative journeys of the other participants.
» I’m glad to share that there’s plenty of free parking space for cars and bicycles. The bus station is a one-minute walk from the center.
» All workshop materials are provided, including writing materials, cold and warm drinks, so you don’t have to carry anything with you.
» Unfortunately, I don't offer refunds. Please be mindful when you book a spot, as we have limited space available. If you cancel or miss your session, you will not receive a cash refund; however, your credit remains valid for three months, so you can rebook for another session at no extra cost. Just contact me to arrange this.
» Wear something comfortable and warm for the session. Tip: Use layers!
» Avoid eating a heavy meal at least two hours before the session starts.
