6-Week Women’s Sacred Restorative Circle

A deeply held journey of reflection, release, and renewal.

Six weeks. Ten women. One intimate space to come home to yourself.

There are seasons in life when we’re quietly invited to slow down.

To soften.

To listen more deeply.

To release what we have been carrying and make space for what is ready to emerge.

Join this six-week Women’s Sacred Restorative Circle to nurture self-reflection, renewal, and meaningful connection with others.

A space where you will feel truly supported, safe, and valued as you reconnect with yourself in a confidential environment, with only 10 women in the circle to ensure personal attention and care.

Over six weeks, I will gently guide you through practices designed to help you calm the mind, relax the body, open the heart, and reconnect with your inner wisdom-all from the comfort of your home via Zoom.

Because when we become still enough to listen, something within us often knows the way.

A space to rest.

A space to reflect.

A space to release.

A space to remember.

Through deeply guided meditations, mindfulness practices, visualization, intention-setting, reflective writing prompts, and soulful conversation, you will be invited to explore the stories you have been carrying—and begin consciously rewriting the ones that no longer serve who you are becoming.

At the heart of this journey is the heart-space:

The place within where stillness, intuition, inner knowing, and higher wisdom can be heard.

This is not about becoming someone else.

It is about creating enough space to hear yourself again.

To reconnect with the woman beneath the expectations, old stories, accumulated stress, and roles you may have carried for years.

And to gently ask:

What is ready to be released?
What is asking to be healed?
What wants to be rewritten?
And who am I becoming now?

Your Six-Week Journey

Each week builds on the last, helping you feel more at ease and confident as trust, connection, and self-awareness naturally deepen within the circle.

Week One — Opening Circle

Arriving • Grounding • Setting Intentions

We begin by creating the foundation for our journey together.

You will be welcomed into the circle, introduced to the sacred container we are creating, and invited to set personal intentions for the next six weeks.

Through grounding practices, meditation, reflective writing, and soulful conversation, we begin to slow down, arrive fully, and create space for what is ready to unfold.

A gentle beginning. A conscious arrival. A new intention.

Week Two — Calming the Mind

Stillness • Mindfulness • Inner Spaciousness

In a world that rarely asks us to stop, we explore stillness’s restorative power.

Through guided meditation, mindfulness exercises, visualization, and writing, you will be invited to quiet the mental noise, become more present, and reconnect with the peace that can emerge beneath the mind’s busyness.

When the mind becomes quieter, we can begin to hear what matters.

Week Three — Releasing What You Carry

Reflection • Emotional Release • Renewal

We explore the thoughts, emotions, stories, and patterns that may have been taking up space in your mind.

Through guided meditation, expressive writing, visualization, and soulful conversation, you will be invited to meet what is asking for your attention with compassion—and begin creating room for something new.

Release is not about forgetting. It is about making space to move forward.

Week Four — Opening the Heart

Connection • Inner Wisdom • Intuition

We turn inward toward the heart-space—where stillness can meet intuition and deeper inner knowing.

Through meditation, visualization, intention-setting, and reflective writing, we explore what becomes possible when we soften the heart and listen beyond the noise.

Your heart may know more than your mind has been able to say.

Week Five — Rewriting Your Story

Meaning • Perspective • Possibility

The stories we tell ourselves shape how we experience our lives.

Together, we explore the possibility of seeing your experiences through a new lens—not denying what has happened, but discovering new meaning, perspective, and possibility within your story.

Through writing prompts, guided meditation, visualization, and soulful dialogue, you will be invited to begin consciously writing the next chapter.

Your past is part of your story. It does not have to write the ending.

Week Six — Closing Circle

Integration • Gratitude • Moving Forward

We gather one final time to honor the journey we have shared.

Through meditation, reflection, writing, and soulful conversation, we integrate what has emerged, acknowledge what has shifted, and reconnect with the intentions we set at the beginning.

We close the circle with gratitude—and with space for whatever comes next.

You leave not with an ending, but with a deeper relationship with yourself and an invitation to continue listening within.

More Than a Circle

This experience is special not only because of what happens during our guided practices.

It is who you experience it with.

With only 10 women in the circle, there is room to be seen, heard, and met with presence.

There is no pressure to perform.

No need to have everything figured out.

No expectation to be anyone other than yourself.

You will meet other women who, like you, are seeking greater peace, self-understanding, connection, and meaning.

Over six weeks, strangers can become familiar faces.

Familiar faces can become a supportive circle.

And a circle can become a place where you finally feel safe enough to speak, listen, reflect, and be.

This is an intimate space for women who are ready to make time for themselves—and willing to journey inward.
